• Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate disqualification without a refund.
• Participants must use original work for any competition or activity and avoid plagiarism. Any form of cheating will result in disqualification.

• C-SAFE is committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free environment. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
• Participants found violating the Code of Conduct may be removed from the event without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• By participating, you grant C-SAFE the right to use any submitted material (e.g., videos, presentations) for promotional or educational purposes.
• Any intellectual property rights to the submissions remain with the participants.

6. Liability

• C-SAFE, its organizers, and affiliates are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the event.
• Participants attend at their own risk, and the association is not liable for any technical difficulties or issues beyond its control.

7. Event Changes

• C-SAFE reserves the right to make changes to the event format, schedule, or content due to unforeseen circumstances. All participants will be notified of any changes.
• In the event of cancellation, registered participants will be informed and, if applicable, refunded as per the Refund Policy.

• Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event-related purposes and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from this event or related activities will be resolved amicably. In cases where amicable solutions are not possible, the dispute may be escalated per applicable legal procedures.
