Refund Policy
At C-SAFE (CyberSecurity Student Association of Future Excellence), we strive to ensure that all participants have a valuable experience in our events. Please review our refund policy for registration fees carefully.
1. General Policy
- Registration fees for events are generally non-refundable.
- Participants should ensure they are able to attend the event before completing registration.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:
- Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled by C-SAFE due to unforeseen circumstances, all registered participants will be fully refunded.
- Event Rescheduling: If the event date is rescheduled and the participant is unable to attend on the new date, a refund request can be submitted.
3. Refund Request Process
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the event cancellation or rescheduling announcement.

- Full name
- Contact number
- Reason for the refund request
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at registration.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
- Participant’s Personal Reasons: Inability to attend due to scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or personal commitments.
- Disqualification: If a participant is disqualified from the event due to a violation of event guidelines or the Code of Conduct.
- Late Arrival: Participants arriving after the event start time may not be eligible for a refund.
