Refund Policy

At C-SAFE (CyberSecurity Student Association of Future Excellence), we strive to ensure that all participants have a valuable experience in our events. Please review our refund policy for registration fees carefully.

1. General Policy

  • Registration fees for events are generally non-refundable.
  • Participants should ensure they are able to attend the event before completing registration.

 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:
    • Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled by C-SAFE due to unforeseen circumstances, all registered participants will be fully refunded.
    • Event Rescheduling: If the event date is rescheduled and the participant is unable to attend on the new date, a refund request can be submitted.

 

3. Refund Request Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the event cancellation or rescheduling announcement.

    • Full name
    • Contact number
    • Reason for the refund request

 

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at registration.

 

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
    • Participant’s Personal Reasons: Inability to attend due to scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or personal commitments.
    • Disqualification: If a participant is disqualified from the event due to a violation of event guidelines or the Code of Conduct.
    • Late Arrival: Participants arriving after the event start time may not be eligible for a refund.
